Returns & refunds

All of your items are customized and printed directly "on-demand" for your order. We do not carry an inventory. These new Print On Demand (PoD) technologies allow for small businesses to succeed in starting small brands without the worry of large investment in inventory items. So, please be careful when selecting the size and fit of your item. We will happily answer any and all questions directly! We are not responsible for missing or damaged items by the mail carrier. Sadly, this is completely out of our control. Unless the item is damaged, misprinted or incorrect by our print provider, we will accept no returns. 

Any items that are faulty due to a an error by our print provider - we are happy to resolve for you! We will work with you to make sure you get that item! Our providers are usually very good at helping us if there is a mistake on their end.
